Frequently Asked Questions?

Is the Mobility Master Safe?

The Mobility Master is safe for all populations to use. Although we recommend those with extremely limited mobility start slow and ease into it.

The mobility master is on wheels, so please do not set it up near a staircase or on an angled surface. A carpeted surface is best for control, but all surfaces will work.

For those with fused spinal segments, herniated discs or spinal or health related concerns, we recommned checking with your health care professional before use.

How does mobilizing your spine help your health overall?

The nervous system controlls everything the body does and all of the feedback the brain receives to interpit the world. The spinal cord is the downward extention of the brain. If there are restricted spinal segments the nervous system will be less capable of sending and receiving it vital messages.

Mobilizing your spine helps to release those restrictions and allow proper nervous system communnication and that equals better health over all!

How oftne can I use the Mobility Master?

The Mobility Master can be used every day. Once per day or several times per week should be plenty for most people.

We encourage everyone to first try the cervial traction portion without the resistance and as you become comfortable, then add the resistance band for small amounts of time (30 seconds or less) and slowly work up to 2 full minutes.

For those with fused spinal segments, herniated discs or spinal or health related concerns, we recommned checking with your health care professional before use.
